RPR MEXICO

Based out of Rocky Point Mexico. RPR manages three major resorts in Rocky Point wth over 400 units. In addition, RPR manages several homes throughout the city.

RPR Mexico came to ResortPro in search of an online identify with full online booking capability. ResortPro designed their website, and full reservation process. RPR Mexico currently manages Sonoran Sea Resort, Sonoran Spa Resort and Marina Pinacate. Sonoran Sea Resort is a world reknown resort. They chose ResortPro due to their recommendations from other satisfied customers and the features provided by our software.

CASTAWAYS

Based out of Rocky Point Mexico. Castaways is a complete property management company. They manage individual condos at several projects. They have a very specific need. While they don't specialize in each individual resort in Rocky Point, they needed to have an internet presence allowing their clients to book units at any of the resorts. At the same time, they needed to make the client feel comfortable booking on their site.

ResortPro designed the website for Castaways and integrated the ResortPro results engine. Castaways has grown to over 35 individual units. As one of the smaller companies in our portfolio, Castaways creates the look and feel of a professionally run company. Their ability to take online reservations has made them a hit in town. In addition, their customers rave about the cutting edge technology provided by the owner module from Resort Pro.

EL MIRADOR VILLAGE

Based out of Mirador Beach in Rocky Point Mexico. El Mirador Village is a loca hotel with approximately 65 rooms.

El Mirador has been looking for a way to improve their marketing via travel agent advertising. Our travel agent module has connected them with every travel agent in Rocky Point. In addition, El Mirador Village needed an easy to use front desk module. El Mirador Village has also been looking for a reliable way to manage their housekeepers and their cleaning schedule. PALACE ON THE SEA

Based out of Mirador Beach in Rocky Point Mexico. Palace on the Sea is a unique resort style hotel with approximately 60 rooms.

Palace on the Sea has been looking to ramp up their online marketing. By utilizing our travel agent module, they have been able to increase their business through travel agent bookings. In addition, their units are owned by inidividual owners. Our owner module has put their owners in direct contact with the day to day activities of their units. This has reduced phone calls and allowed them to concentrate on their ultimate goals of increasing rental nights!!!
