RESORTPRO OVERVIEW

What is the structure of ResortPro software?

ResortPRO Overview

Condo Owner Access Module
Condo and home owners are essentially a property manager’s partner. They are investors and with their investment comes an expectation that they will be able to review the status of their property.

Resort Pro lets owners manage their personal use of the property as management deems prudent.  The software is designed to give an owner just the right level of information about the revenue being generated, the maintenance of the property and a means to communicate with management without letting their presence interfere with the efficiency of management’s and employee’s procedures.

Administrator Module
The administrative module manages the entire system.  As a property manager your role is to assure everyone has the resources necessary to do their job.  This requires a functional tool to forecast the required level of resources needed in each department and to accurately report the accounting within the property.

The Administrative module is where a manager will create the details of the resort and assign roles and responsibilities.  Its designed to provide a manager with information.

Travel Agent Module
For most properties, independent travel agents can greatly increase the occupancy and room revenue of their property. Resort Pro is designed to allow agents access to inventory and at the same time minimize the amount of time required by internal staff to create and confirm each reservation.  Equally, the system produces reports that allow you to pay agents commissions in a timely accurate manner.

The system allows each unit can have unique commission. As well, each agent can be set to different commission.  The system is designed to be easy for the agent to learn and in turn train their employees.

Travel Agent Affiliate Module
The travel agent operator module is simplified version of the travel agent module.  It designed for employees of the agency to use and does not report revenue or commissions.   Ease of use and Resort Pro’s attention to the needs of all users is what makes agents prefer using the software.

Accounting Module
For each module discussed above, the system tracks the charges involved and records them in a manner that allows management to produce timely and informative reports.  This includes revenue reporting for owners.

Front Desk Module
The Front Desk module is designed with the employee in mind.  Its simple to learn, easy to use and can anticipate mistakes before they result in guest related problems.

Often the investment in computer training is dictates when and how management adds, promotes and dismisses employees.  This isn’t effective and can reduce productivity.  Resort Pro’s Front Desk module reduces training of front desk and reservation assistants to the basics.  The program allows makes it easy to look up reservations, create and modify reservations, and monitor the activity of guests in a resort.  This module provides large, easy to read buttons for ease of use.

The sophisticated payment system assures credit card charges are proper and adds checks and balances for cash receipts. Actions which are critical to the security of the property and its guests require operator passwords.

Maintenance Module
Like housekeeping, maintenance is at the core of any property manager’s ability to provide top quality service to their guest.  Resort Pro can create, track, and account for all types of maintenance.  The program allows owners to initiate work orders, as well as employees and management. Each work order can be assigned to a vendor or employee and can also be expensed to a guest or owner.

Housekeeping Module
In today’s competitive environment, service is what sets most resorts apart.  Often, oversight and management controls can make the biggest difference in how efficient and consistent a property is managed.  Resort Pro’s Housekeeping module is designed with the employee in mind.  Its simple to learn and easy to use.  The combination makes it easy for non-computer type employees to quickly see the benefits of the program.

For in-house maids, the housekeeping module will allow a housekeeping manager to keep track of clean and dirty units.  It will tell the housekeeper when there is a room ready to clean.  It will also let them know when the next person is checking in to the unit so that they can properly prioritize their cleanings.  For those who utilize housekeeping vendors the module can send an email to the contractor as reservations progress.

For management, the tool offer real-time over sight and can identify deficiencies in planning for today as well as the future.
