Resort PRO and Caring for Customers

Servicing guests, travel agents, owners, and employees has proven difficult in the past. We were not equipped with the tools necessary to handle all situations smoothly. Since we started with Resort PRO our client service has improved drastically and believe it or not, continues to improve and evolve with added state of the art tools. With sophisticated automatic emails, online owner/travel agent statements, 2 way communication tools, and a wide variety of other tools, our management abilities have been greatly enhanced.

We also have a historical tracking system through Resort PRO that enables accurate recollection of past events and occurences. Each critical system exchange is recorded and noted for future reference. It has really helped us answer some important questions. Overall we just wanted to state our satisfaction with the quality customer service Resort PRO allows us to provide.
