Front Desk Frenzy Made Simple

During popular arrival times our front desk used to have a long line of displeased guests awaiting check-in. As a front desk agent it was very stressful to check everybody in and get through these long wait times. Yesterday, we had the same situation occur.
 
We were slammed with about 40 guests within 30 minutes. Now that we are using Resort Pro our process is much faster. I can check somebody in with just a few clicks of the mouse and they are all set. The longest anybody waited was no longer than about 5 minutes. This is a massive improvement from our previous system.

It was great to have smiles on the face of our guests. When people go on vacation, they don’t want to kick off their trip with a bad experience. Overall I think this efficient check-in process will improve our guest’s satisfaction level throughout the entire stay. As everybody knows, first impressions are always critical.
