Resort Pro integrated their resort software into our website. One problem we were having is getting good rankings on Google and Yahoo and other search engines. Although we are experienced in property management, technology is not our strong suit and search engine optimization is not one of our capabilities. We researched the cost in getting our website optimized and higher on the search engines. The cost was way out of our budget so we just settled on poor search engine rankings.
Because it is equipped with a simple search engine optimization tool, Resort Pro has given us the ability to do our own search engine work. Over the past week, we have optimized each page on our website to contain the keywords that we wanted to rank for. A Resort Pro representative explained the importance of tags and titles. Without having to deal with programming code, we have been able to insert the keywords into the right areas through the tool.
We are excited to see our website rise in the search engines. Of course we would have preferred to hire a search engine optimization company to do all this for us but it was not affordable. ResortPRO mentioned they have a search engine staff that could optimize our site for much cheaper than the quote of the other companies we researched. For now we want to save money and try the internal optimization system, offered with the Resort Pro system.
