Our property management company has recently purchased the ResortPRO property management software system. The main reason we purchased the software was the Travel Agent Module that was lacking in our previous system. Before ResortPRO the travel agent had to call us and request a room, we would send them an email of the property they would approve it and then they would book it. This was obviously an outdated method in managing travel agents and reservations. It became apparent that we needed a better system, encouraging more Travel Agent created reservations.
With the integration of ResortPRO software our travel agents now have direct access to our live inventory. Each travel agent can login to their module and view live availability, pictures, rates, amenities, and much more. Our travel agents have been raving about the new system. With the system and the small increase in travel agent commission, our reservations have skyrocketed in the first few months. Not only do the travel agents save time, our company employees are saving a great deal of time too. Reservations just flow into the system without the need to have lengthy conversations and send timely emails. ResortPRO’s module provides all the information that they would usually call about in the module and the system sends automatically generated emails to our agents and clients.
The travel agent module is visually stimulating and user friendly. Our travel agents have given us positive feedback about the ease of use for finding the right unit. The filtering system within ResortPRO is fantastic. The travel agent can filter by property, room type, floor, selected amenities, bedding etc. They can also search by unit number and name. When they find a unit they can see a terrific photo gallery, property description, and amenities. We could not be happier with the new system and everything it is bringing to our company.
