Managing a large amount of properties and countless units, sometime finding the right unit was a real pain. Our old system was very strict on sorting criteria and we had to make do with limited functionality. Since we have joined with ResortPRO our filtering system is terrific. Finding the right unit is now easier than ever. Not only can we search by resort, hotels or homes, we can also search by floor and by building.
On top of this we can view each rooms bedding and bath layout. This has proved to be particularly helpful but the most impressive filtering tool is that we can use any amenity that we create and make it a filter. For example, if we make ‘DVD player’ an amenity, we can now turn that into a filter as well. Now if a customer calls and asks for a room with a ‘DVD player’ we can simply apply that filter and get the desired results. This customizable, dynamic filtering option is ground breaking.
