I have been with Streamline for about 2 years and they have been great to work with.This system is much faster to book a cabin than our old system.  We have complete control over discounts and deposit amounts. One of my favorite features is the automatic charge for the 2nd payment.

Our main reason for using Streamline is if you want to change or add something they can make it happen. With our old system if you wanted to change or add something, they would tell us it just cannot be done.

Las Palmas Resort is located on Sandy Beach, in Puerto Penasco, Mexico.  The resort is made up of privately owned condos and homes. Recently, Dolphin Property Management elected to transition from one of the larger server-based prop[erty management systems to Streamline's online system.

Given the complexity of our procedures and the elaborate requirements of operating in two countries (and two languages), we were pleased with Streamline's ability to duplicate our systems and get us fully operational within a small period of time and without interrupting our business.  By no means was this a simple changeover, yet the Streamline team held it all together.
